Terms of Use

These terms apply to downloads, setup guides, and related information provided at clash-winapp.com. Please review the scope of this site and the limits of its responsibility before using it.

1. Website Scope and Applicability

Clash Windows Edition organizes download links, installation steps, and configuration guidance for clients in the Clash ecosystem. This content is for informational and educational purposes only. This site is not the developer of any of the open-source projects featured here, and listing software names or download links does not imply endorsement or commitments on behalf of those projects.

This site provides reference materials and instructions; it does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or internet access services. Access to these materials does not grant authorization to use any third-party service. Before downloading software, installing it, or changing its configuration, verify its source, your device requirements, and the applicable license. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the relevant services.

2. Responsible Use

When using this site’s materials or related software, comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the policies of your organization, school, or network provider. Do not use these tools unlawfully, including to access systems without authorization, steal data, distribute illegal content, or disrupt network services.

Use these tools only on devices and networks you administer or are explicitly authorized to use. Before enabling a system proxy, TUN mode, service mode, or changing network rules, understand the potential impact. Choose subscriptions and remote configurations at your own discretion, and verify that their sources are trustworthy and their authorization is valid. Do not use this site’s guides to evade legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Software and Services

The relevant open-source projects or their maintainers provide the software. Features, compatibility, release schedules, and support are determined by each project’s published information. This site’s guides may differ from later versions in appearance or settings and are not a substitute for project documentation or prompts shown during installation.

Third-party download pages, app stores, and subscription services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A link being accessible does not mean this site endorses all its content or guarantees that it will remain available. For purchases, account registration, or service disputes, follow the terms agreed with the relevant provider.

4. Risks and Limits of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that software and third-party services will remain available. Network conditions, system permissions, security software, and configuration differences can all affect results. Examples in these guides may not work for every device.

Back up your configuration and note your existing network settings before making changes. Subscription links, logs, and configuration files may contain account information; remove sensitive details before sharing them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, lost configurations or data, or other indirect losses resulting from the use of these materials or third-party software. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law prohibits doing so.

5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, logos, code, and other project assets for each client remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use, copying, modification, and distribution of open-source software are governed by the applicable licenses. Describing software or linking to it does not change its license terms or grant any additional trademark rights.

When quoting original material from this site, credit the source. Do not remove required rights notices or imply that the content is officially endorsed by a related project. Before redistributing software, using it commercially, or developing derivative works, review the relevant project’s license. This site’s guidance does not replace specific authorization.

6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback

These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the site’s content, technical requirements, or applicable law. Updates will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Revised terms apply to use after publication unless applicable law requires otherwise. Review the current terms before using the site. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the relevant services.

For installation or configuration help, check the Help Center or follow the Getting Started guide to review the steps. When describing a problem, share only the necessary details about your system, client, and the error. Do not post subscription links, account credentials, or unredacted logs.
